Everyone wants to believe their Moms and Dads can’t figure out how to operate the remote control and thus can’t figure out for sure how to navigate social media space, hahahaha *laughs in WhatsApp*. 

The older generation, as technologically crude as we want to think they are, are actually quite smart.

They want access to the same things we want; social interaction, information and entertainment… and it’s a good thing UX designers are taking their needs into consideration and making devices and their interfaces less complex.

This is a behavioural analysis of our Daddies and Mummies on the world wide web… digital and brand guys can use this information to properly tailor their campaigns and ultimately increase ROI.
