On Friday March 22, 2019, I was at the Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria (PRCAN) Masterclass in Lagos which was organised to teach practitioners effective techniques for writing PR Proposals, Plans and Case Studies.

My presentation titled ‘A 6-Step Approach To Documenting PR Campaign Case Studies’ offers six simple steps and a framework that can help agencies, marketing communications professionals, consultants and students of marketing to develop compelling case studies.

It is important for Public Relations professionals and marketers generally to document the best work that they do for clients. This is because a Case Study works as a highly effective sales and marketing document, while also serving as an educational and training tool.
